What does it mean to adhere to the Consistent Life Ethic?

To adhere to this ethic means to believe that all human beings, from conception until natural death, deserve to live free from all forms of aggressive violence. Here are some examples of things that we stand against:

  • Abortion
  • Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide
  • Unjust War
  • Police Brutality
  • Cruel Treatment of Refugees and Immigrants
  • Embryonic Stem-Cell Research
  • Racism and Discrimination

How do you plan to advocate for life?

Advocating for life can take many shapes and forms. Below are just a few of the ways we plan to advocate for life. Through these and many others, we hope to help spread the message of the inherent dignity of every human being, from conception until natural death, to the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.

  • Attending the March for Life
  • Writing to MPs, MPPs, City-Councillors and Senators
  • Organizing Blood Drives
  • Volunteering at Senior Homes, Soup Kitchens, Food Banks, etc
  • Writing letters to incarcerated people
  • Sidewalk Counselling
  • Street Patrols to serve the homeless
  • And much, much more
